Return Policy - Groomix

At Groomix, we are committed to providing a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Our Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy is designed to be customer-friendly and transparent. The return window for each product is mentioned on the respective product details page.

1. General Return Policy

  • Most products on Groomix are eligible for return, replacement, or refund as per the return window specified on the product details page.
  • Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
  • Some categories may have different return policies as mentioned below.

2. Return & Replacement Policy Based on Product Categories

Electronics & Gadgets

  • Return Window: As per product details page
  • Returns accepted for defective, damaged, or non-working items.
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories.

Clothing & Fashion Accessories

  • Return Window: As per product details page
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
  • No returns accepted for items with stains, sweat marks, or perfume scents.

Cosmetics & Personal Care Products

  • Return Window: As per product details page
  • Only sealed and unused items can be returned.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned.

Home & Kitchen Appliances

  • Return Window: As per product details page
  • Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Free replacement for manufacturing defects.

Customized & Made-to-Order Products

  • No returns or cancellations unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Replacement provided only for damaged or incorrect products.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after product inspection.
  • Refunds credited to the original payment method (Bank, UPI, Wallet, etc.).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred via bank transfer.

4. Return Process – How to Initiate a Return?

  1. Go to the "My Orders" section on our website/app.
  2. Select the item and click "Return/Replace".
  3. Provide the reason and upload images if required.
  4. Choose replacement or refund.
  5. Our team will verify and arrange for pickup within 2-4 working days.

5. Important Notes

  • Return Pickup: If unavailable in your area, you may need to self-ship. Shipping charges will be reimbursed.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned.
  • Tampered or Damaged Products: Returns may be rejected if tampered with or missing accessories.
